NatureWalk at Pond Creek is a secluded land tract of homesites ranging from 2 to 17 acres, some with premium creek-front parcels. Phase 1 launched with 100 lots in total making up this family-friendly community centered around the natural landscape of northwest Florida. Heavily wooded with mature pines, oaks, and other native greenery, we’ve planned NatureWalk as an idyllic escape from urban/suburban traffic and inconvenience – yet not too far from everything you need.
